Cancellation and Refund Policy

Patron Consultancy Services offers digital consulting services. This policy explains refund and cancellation terms:
Cancellation: You may cancel an automation or a paid consultation service within 7 days of opting for the service without penalty. Cancellations after 7 days, upto 10 days may incur a 50% charge of the consultation fee. However, for short term projects(projects which will be completed within 7 days), no cancellation will be made after 24 hours of the time of payment. No refund will be provided after the cancellation is made after 10 days of opting the service.
Refunds: We typically do not offer refunds after 10 days of the commencement a project or consultation. If you are dissatisfied with a service, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns. However, in case of a valid cancellation, the refund will be credited within 5 working days of the cancellation of the service or the consultation.
Prepaid Services: For prepaid project work, cancellations after the predefined period, will not be completed. However, within the cancellation period of commencement of the project, the unused fees (for work not yet started) will be refunded at our discretion.
Exceptional Circumstances: In the rare event of service failure on our part, we will discuss pro-rated refunds or credit towards future services
How to Request: To cancel or request a refund, email support@patronconsult.com with your order details. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Changes to Policy: We may update this policy. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance of the new terms.
