Refund and Cancellation

At Patron Consultancy Services, we strive to provide exceptional service to our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise that require cancellation of services, and we aim to make this process as smooth and transparent as possible.

 

Cancellation:

  1. Cancellations must be requested within 14 days of the initial payment.
  2. To cancel services, clients must contact Patron Consultancy Services via email at sales@patronconsultancy.com.
  3. Clients will receive a confirmation of their cancellation request within 2 business days.

Refund Process:

  1. Upon cancellation, refunds will be initiated immediately.
  2. The refunded amount will be reflected in the client’s account within 5-7 business days from the date of the cancellation request.
  3. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless otherwise requested by the client.

 

Exceptions:

  1. Cancellations requested after the 14 days may be subject to review and may not be eligible for a full refund.
  2. Refunds will not be provided for services that have already been rendered or for work that has commenced at the time of cancellation.
