- Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide timely information and access needed to perform services. Delays caused by the client may extend project timelines.
- Intellectual Property: All tools, templates, and code we create remain our intellectual property until fully paid. Upon payment, deliverables are yours, but we retain the right to use non-confidential insights for future projects.
- Confidentiality: We agree to keep your business information confidential. Likewise, you should not disclose our proprietary methods or pricing without permission.
- Warranty Disclaimer: We strive to deliver high-quality work, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes. We are not liable for indirect losses. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, client pays for work completed. Unused prepaid fees will be refunded per our refund policy.
- Changes to Terms: We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
